Radiology (Stamford Hospital)
The Radiology department is open 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
The department includes:
- two general X-Ray rooms - one is also used for fluoroscopy
- one image intensifier in theatre
- one Ultrasound room
- one mobile X-Ray unit
Fuji CR (Computed Radiology) system is in place and the department is filmless, with films printed for outpatients, inpatients and M.I.U (Minor Investigations Unit).
The department receives referrals from M.I.U, GPs, outpatients and inpatients.
