The district hospital is situated a five minute walk across the Crescent Bridge from the railway station.
Queensgate bus station is a two minute walk from the railway station with buses leaving every ten minutes for the three minute journey.
Bus stops are located on Alderman's drive, Midland Road and Thorpe Road.
