The Edith Cavell Hospital is situated in Bretton, two miles from the city centre towards the north of the city.

Buses run from the Queensgate Bus Station to Edith Cavell Hospital approximately every 10 minutes and the journey will take 15 – 25 minutes depending on traffic - numbers 2 - 3 - 4 - 25 - 300 - 309 - 310 - 312 - 313 (302 - Sundays).   There is a bus stop located within the hospital grounds near the main entrance.

The railway station is a three minute walk from the bus station.
